to make something complete
and here use the word את
להשלים את
I need to complete (את) the project
but, you can use the word להשלים
in another sense
and this sense, is to accept a fact
to accept something to the heart
for example, “I come to terms with the fact that
winter is coming
even though I don’t like the cold”
not that it’s cold now, I’m just giving an example
and here, we don’t use את, we use עם – with
I come to terms WITH the fact
