To complete something or someone is להשלים
, a הפעיל verb.

For example:

בעוד שבועיים נשלים את הפרוייקט.

In two weeks we’ll complete the project.

and

את משלימה אותי.

You (a female) complete me.

להשלים comes from the same root as שלום
– peace, which brings about a sense of completion.
