how to say “give or take” in Hebrew

Hebrew has two ways of saying give or take.
The first is a literal translation of more or less: פחות או יותר[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/פלוס-מינוס-#.m4a” /]. For example:

Another less formal way of saying give or take is פלוס מינוס[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/פלוס-מינוס-#.m4a” /] – literally, plus minus.
For example:
