הטבה (benefit) is juxtaposed to the word מס (tax)
then the ה at the end of the word הטבה
becomes a ת
and we therefore say הטבת מס
by the way, how do you say “incentive” in Hebrew?

and the root is מרץ (one of the words for “energy”)
and the root מ.ר.צ contains the letters
ר.צ, which are the word רץ – running
