we mean
that something is… normal
regular, we see it every day
and ‘not normal’, is something not normal

But in Hebrew, the word נורמלי
has received an additional meaning
or more accurately, לא נורמלי (not normal)
has received an additional meaning
For example, ‘why are you having a barbecue
on the border of Gaza, you are not normal!
נורמלי, it means, that the person
or the behavior is regular
and לא נורמלי, it means
that it (the behavior) is a bit disturbed
or surprising in a not-so-good way
