separation, splitting

with פ.ר. or פ.ל
It’s an essence of separation and splitting
What is the connection between separation, splitting
to (and) interpretation?
To understand this, let’s look at
the word לפרוש-to withdraw
לפרוש is to leave everyone
and be alone
also “the Torah portion”
It’s a part of the Torah we read
only that week and leave
the rest aside
So, what (how) is it related to פרשנות-interpretation?
When we “make an interpretation”
we take something – a text, a song, I don’t know what
