The Hebrew word for board or tablet – לוח[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/לוח-מחיק-#.m4a” /] – is as old as the Ten Commandments. More than one board or tablet is לוחות[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/לוח-מחיק-#.m4a” /].

A whiteboard in Hebrew is לוח מחיק[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/לוח-מחיק-#.m4a” /] – literally, an erasable board.

For example:
