שִׁבְטִי
The Hebrew word for tribe is שבט, so that twelve tribes of Israel are שנים עשר שבטי ישראל.
To create the word tribal, we just add י- to the end of שבט to describe something grammatically masculine, and ית- for something grammatically feminine.
For example:
יש מי שטוען שההצבעה בישראל היא יותר שבטית מאשר אידיאולוגית.
There are those who claim that the vote in Israel is more tribal than ideological.
Tribalism is שבטיות.
