The Academy of the Hebrew Language did come up with an original Hebrew term for trampoline – קפצת[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/טרמפולינה-#.m4a” /] – but it hasn’t quite caught on: Israelis still prefer to use טרמפולינה[audioclip url=”https://archive.ulpan.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/טרמפולינה-#.m4a” /], as in:
