Last week we saw the Hebrew expressions for consistently.

Another useful expression is that for incessantly or continuously: לְלֹא הֶרֶף.
The word הֶרֶף in this expression appears in Biblical Hebrew, where it means easing or letting go. It comes from the root ר.פ.ה (r.p.h). In Biblical Hebrew, הרף is used as an abbreviation for the word הַרְפֶּה meaning let go!, an imperative usage of the active-causative הִפְעִיל verb form.
Here’s an example of this word in a different expression:
לְהֶרֶף עַיִן
for a brief moment (literally, for the blinking/letting-up of an eye)
The word לְלֹא means without and is a synonym of בְּלִי .

טִילִים נוֹפְלִים עַל עָרֵי הַדָּרוֹם וְהַמֶּרְכָּז לְלֹא הֶרֶף.
Missiles are falling on the cities of the south and the center (of the country) incessantly.
