to wish someone to have a good day
but let’s say that now it’s the middle of the day
and you’re at work
and you want to write an email to someone
and write at the end:
Now, in Hebrew it is very common to say this
In English we don’t really say it
But in Hebrew we write “(have a) good rest (continuation) of the day”
or “wonderful rest of the day”
or “great rest of the day”
You could even say “sweet/great rest of the day”
or “sweet/great rest of the day” (in a different word order)
which is less common
Well, that’s all friends
Have a good rest of the day, or evening
Or good morning
