that includes a mini stove and cups and a finjan (pot for coffee)
and coffee of course
and make coffee in the outdoors
what is “pakal” (פק”ל)? it’s פקודת קבע לחייל – regular command to the soldier
an acronym
because in the army one has to drink coffee in the field
in order to stay alert
so it’s part of the command
through this expression “pakal cafe”
you can see to what extent the army
is an integral part of daily life in
Israel
because the overwhelming majority
of Israeli citizens
