everyone knows Shabbat is
it’s the seventh day of the week
when observant Jews refrain from working
but there is also a seventh year

one of the solutions is the so called אוצר בית דין – Court Treasury
it used to be that the court would collect
the agricultural grain
and would then sell it somehow
to consumers
today there are private entities that are not a court
but they also collect the fruits and vegetables
and afterwards sell them somehow
with a religious mechanism
to consumers
