כי אני רציתי להיות עצמאי
היה לי נמאס מלהיות שכיר
אצל אנשים אחרים
ואני רציתי להיות עצמאי, לפתוח משהו עצמאי
אולי זה בגנים, זה במשפחה
ההורים שלי גם עצמאים
ואולי יש לי נפש של עצמאי
אבל היום בהגדרה אני כבר לא עצמאי
כי הרי אולפן לעניין הוא חברה
ולכן היום אני שכיר
של החברה שבבעלותי

Hey dear friends
I did open Ulpan La-Inyan
because I saw a need for a program that
would teach spoken Hebrew
because everyone was learning Hebrew only according to the
rules of verbs
and knew how to say what is the Piel verb structure was
but could not use Piel (in context) for example
Though this is the main reason and
this is also the justification for the existence of the Ulpan
but what pushed me at first
to open the Ulpan
was not only in order to serve
but also to serve myself
Because I wanted to be independent
I was tired of being an employee
of others
and I wanted to be independent, open something independent

My parents are also self-employed
And maybe I have the soul of a self-employed person
But today by definition I am no longer independent
because Ulpan La-Inyan is a company
