you could say “at this moment”
or “at this very moment”
or “in these moments”
And רגע is also related to
calm and “to calm someone down”

כעת is “as of the time”
And עת is the synonym for זמן-time
or, you could also say
for “season” in the sense of time
For example, “to everything there is a זמן-time, and an עת-time for every object under the heavens”
which is from the Book of Ecclesiastes in the Bible
עת is also related to the word עתה
which is the biblical word for “now ” that
entered (Hebrew) after the biblical period
